1. What is RB Shred Lab?
RB Shred Lab is a nurse-led online weight loss coaching program combining clinical knowledge with fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. You receive fully customized training and nutrition plans, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me. No assistants, no generic programs, just me!
2. Who is this program for?
Anyone who wants to lose fat, build muscle, get healthier, improve discipline, and change their lifestyle.
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, I create a plan tailored to your goals, schedule, body type, and experience.
3. Do I need a gym membership?
A gym membership isn’t required, but it is recommended.
Gym access gives you far more equipment options, better progressive overload, and more variety than you typically have at home. This usually leads to faster and more noticeable results.
However, I understand not everyone wants to train in a gym.
If you prefer working out at home, I can fully customize your program around whatever equipment you have. The gym is optional; commitment is not.
4. Is this coaching only for weight loss?
No. I work with people who want to:

5. Are you actually a nurse?
Yes, I’m a nurse licensed and regulated by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), with real clinical experience in:
- Medical & surgical floors
- Acute care
- Emergency
- Pediatrics
- Hospice
- Chronic illness prevention
This gives you a medically-informed approach that most trainers cannot offer.
6. Will you give medical advice?
I practice within my scope of practice, which is regulated by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
I educate clients about lifestyle, metabolism, blood sugar, fat loss, muscle gain, inflammation, recovery, and disease prevention, but I do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.
7. Is this safe if I have medical conditions?
Yes, but you must disclose everything on your intake form.
I will adjust your program based on conditions, including but not limited to:
- Diabetes
- Thyroid issues
- Hypertension
- High cholesterol
- Joint pain or injuries
- Post-surgical limitations
- GI issues
- Chronic fatigue
- Hormonal concerns
Safety always comes first.
PAYMENT & RENEWALS
8. How much does the program cost?
The current rate is $400 for 4 weeks of fully personalized coaching.
9. Is it a subscription?
No, RB Shred Lab is not a subscription. I coach in 4-week blocks because that gives you enough time to experience the program, see progress, and decide if it’s the right fit for you.
At the end of the 4 weeks, we’ll reassess your goals, timeline, and how much fat you still want to lose. If you choose to continue, I’ll provide a private payment link, and you can purchase another 4-week cycle. There’s no pressure, no automatic billing, and no long-term commitment, just results-driven coaching one month at a time.
10. Do you offer refunds?
No, I do not offer refunds. Each program is custom-built based on your goals, lifestyle, and medical considerations. There is a 48-72 hour turnaround time where I assess your intake form, review any health conditions, and begin creating your personalized training and nutrition plan.
Because your program requires significant time, care, and expertise to design specifically for you, once the work has begun, refunds are not available.
11. What happens after I pay?
You will be automatically redirected to your new client scheduling page to book your initial consultation.
Once that’s complete, I begin building your program.

13. How do weekly check-ins work?
You’ll submit:
- Weight
- Photos
- Measurements
- Sleep, stress, hunger, energy tracking
I review everything and adjust your plan accordingly.
About photos:
I know many people feel self-conscious about sending photos, and that’s completely your choice. I never force clients to do anything that makes them uncomfortable.
However, I always explain why progress photos are so valuable:
Your brain plays tricks on you. We don’t see ourselves accurately, in fact, research shows that the mental image we have of ourselves is so distorted that if we saw ourselves crossing the street, we often wouldn’t even recognize our own body. That’s how different our self-perception is from reality.
Progress photos help bypass that mental bias. They reveal changes you won’t notice day-to-day (things like fat loss, posture improvements, muscle tone, and shape changes that the mirror hides from you).
And this is exactly why having a coach matters. Even when you can’t see your progress, I can. I look for details, patterns, and visual improvements that you’ll overlook because you see yourself every day. Weekly check-ins allow me to adjust your plan with precision and make sure you’re always moving forward.
14. What if I have questions during the week?
You have unlimited text access to me via SMS/WhatsApp/iMessage/Email.
Feel free to ask me anything related to training, nutrition, changes, or struggles. I will respond as quickly as possible.
15. What if my schedule changes?
No problem. I adjust your program around:
- Work
- Travel
- School
- Night shifts
- Vacations
- Workouts missed

NUTRITION QUESTIONS
16. Do you give meal plans?
I don’t give strict, one-size-fits-all meal plans. Instead, I use macro-based nutrition, which is far more flexible, sustainable, and realistic for long-term results.
Meal plans can feel restrictive, and when someone feels restricted, the chances of falling off the diet or binge eating increase. Macro-based coaching eliminates that problem. You learn how to build meals you enjoy while still staying on track, which reduces cravings, improves adherence, and teaches you how to eat in a balanced way for life.
With macros, you can fit in the foods you love without sabotaging your progress. This approach gives you freedom, structure, and control: the perfect combination for long-term fat loss and lifestyle change.
17. Can I still eat out, travel, or enjoy social events?
Yes, I will teach you how to navigate life without sabotaging your progress.
This is real lifestyle coaching, not prison dieting.
18. What if I don’t know how to track macros?
I’ll teach you step-by-step and provide guidance for beginners.
RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS
19. How fast will I see results?
Most clients start seeing noticeable changes in 2–3 weeks, with even bigger changes by week 4.
Your results depend on consistency and communication.
20. Do I need discipline for this to work?
Yes.
I provide the education, structure, plan, and accountability, but you must show up and follow through.
21. What if I fall off track?
