When you enroll in RB Shred Lab, immediate work begins on your behalf, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized program design
  • Individualized nutrition planning
  • Lifestyle and habit assessment
  • Schedule planning
  • Client onboarding
  • Reserved coaching availability
  • Ongoing support and communication

Because these services are custom-built and time-based, they cannot be returned, resold, or reassigned.

For this reason, refunds are not possible once coaching has started or access has been granted.
